By now we have completed a Bookkeeping consultation and you have already had your Project management System integrated with QuickBooks. Our bookkeeping fees are $75/hour when purchased with a prepaid deposit. We know every company is unique and has different bookkeeping needs so to make things as transparent as possible we require a min Level 1 Pre-Paid Deposit below for the discounted rate. This deposit is applied to your own account and as services are rendered the fees are applied. We will require that the deposit be replenished once is has been used to continue working in your account. You will recieve a detailed report of what services were rendered and how the funds were used prior to invoicing for addtional funds. Note: Deposits can also be used for additional Integration support and training if requested however the hourly rate on these one-on-one Zoom meetings are at the $125 per hour rate with monthly services. $150 and hour as needed.
